After-School Sports
The Roosevelt School District believes athletics is an essential complement to academics. It offers unique opportunities outside of the classroom to promote self-discipline, improve self-image and encourage a healthy sense of competition. Developing these principles leads to character growth and success later in life. Ultimately, we want our student-athletes to improve their skills, show good sportsmanship and, most importantly, have fun.

Eligibility
All students need a completed AIA sports physical to participate in after-school sports. Download the Combined Forms and bring them to your child's pediatrician or any other clinic that performs sports physicals.
You can schedule a physical through Valle del Sol's weekly mobile health clinic, hosted at South Mountain High School.
Tickets
Athletes' parents will receive tickets for four guests to bring to an event in which their child is participating. Depending on the site and event, this may be a physical ticket or a sign-in process.
