Parents at Greenfield and Kennedy finished 9 weeks of Nutrition classes and received a certificate from the University of Arizona-Extension Food and Nutrition Education Program! We celebrated with a pot luck and our families made food that represent different ethnic backgrounds.

Your family is invited to celebrate Native American Heritage Month and the annual toy drive at Arizona Science Center on November 23rd at 5pm. Admission if free with an unwrapped toy. Arizona Science Center is an amazing place for the whole family. Discounted parking available at the center.

Kennedy Families, We’re excited to share an important initiative for student safety at John F. Kennedy. On Wednesday, Nov. 20th , the City of Phoenix will conduct crossing observations as part of the Vineyard Rd. Pedestrian Safety Study, focusing on traffic and pedestrian safety during drop-off and pick-up times.

We got a special visit from our military veterans to honor Veterans Day. They talked to our students about their military service. Students received flags and were told how to honor the U.S Flag by never letting it touch the ground.

11/15/2024 Dear Parents, Today, 11/15/2024, John F. Kennedy Academy of Inquiry had a lockdown drill. To ensure a safe learning environment for students and staff members, lockdown drills are common practice. The lockdown drill was at 8:19 am and lasted for 17 minutes. Other than this interruption, the school day proceeded normally with minimal disruption to learning. The safety and well-being of students and staff members are our highest priority at John F.
